- We are open for curbside pick up or drop off by appointment only Wednesday – Friday: 10:30am – 5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm
- We continue to operate with a closed-door policy and ask that you arrange for an appointment ahead of time where possible to ensure a safe drop off and/or pick up. We are open, but customers are no longer allowed in the store.
- Due to limited staffing restrictions at this time we are unable to handle drop-ins and window knockers. We’d love to help you on the spot, but it’s not feasible to manage online orders and walk-ins at this time.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or message over facebook if there is a product you are looking for or if you’d like to book an appointment. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take phone calls throughout the day as there are too many to manage while servicing bikes. Once the items are together we can take payment over the phone, and products or bikes can be picked up from front door. Knock on the window and we will be able to see you.
- All payments will be processed over the phone via credit card or via e-transfer to email@example.com. Arrangements can be made for cash payments if needed.
